Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I've had the wig for 3 days now and so far so good. Really nice quality and very silky. I would say the only downfall for me is that it doesn't lay as flat as I would want it to due to the way it's been sewn but that's just me being picky lol, frankly, the hair is a bomb, I like it very much.
