This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is really good quality! I have had this hair for a month and it’s still looking brand new. I cut and styled the hair and it’s looks amazing. I’ve also washed it a few times and it’s still looking brand new. The only problem I have with it is that it’s a bit poky, the hair pokes me when it touches my skin after I’ve washed it a few times. I received the hair very fast and it was packaged well, with preplucked hairline ready to wear without much tweaking.

so this is my first human hair wig and straight out the box i was very impressed with the feeling and the minimal shedding. I washed it first thing and it curled up very quickly ensuring it was human hair!! Once dried it was VERY soft i loved it. Babyhairs are nice but I still customized it to my liking.

This wig is beautiful!! Not to mention wayy nicer than I expected especially because I paid for a 22'' !! The way was very very soft, no tangles, no shedding and actually looked more like a 24''. This wig was bomb from root to tip. The density was perfect (not too thin but not too thick where it looks unrealistic).
