Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered 22” 150%density natural color wig on Sunday and I received it Thursday morning. Hair came silky straight and full. It’s preplucked so I didnt have to do much. Hair has not tangled on me. I will be ordering again.

This hair is amazing! Ordered just about 2 weeks now and its still in great condition. I would definitely recommend washing it every week using loads of conditioner (helps keep it silky) and also brush from the bottom up. Would recommend to all the ladies!!!!!!
