Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This is some great hair, love this soft hair.There's no shedding, no smell, and hair is true to length. I received the hair within 3 days with out any problems,shipping is very fast!This hair needs to kept moisturized to see the true beauty of it. The hair and seller is awesome . I will buy more again. thank you seller! I got 180 density and a 22inch.

This wig is much better than any other company I have ordered from! Customer service was exceptional! I ordered a wig size that I normally order and it was too big so I had to send it back to get a medium and the time difference was a little confusing but when I figured it out they were excellent at helping me in the process! The hair has minimal shedding and it dyes with permanent hair dye wonderfully! Will definitely be purchasing again from them!
