This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Brought the hair on Saturday, received it on Thursday. Took about five days to be delivered. For the intial review I thought hair seemed thin but when my stylist wash the hair the volume came in. The hair is so soft. It shed a little but I think because my hair stylist plugged it too much. Overall the hair is good and I’m very satisfied and would buy hair from y’all again.

If you know how to install properly you will be a very statisfied customer. Styles the way you want even after washing and curling , great woth heat no shedding . No need to really bleach knots as it already seems really natural .so again ladies what im really trying to tell yall is this is the place you need to order you will not be disappointed .

Hi good day ladies, let me start off by saying i highly recommend every to use this company as vendor . Or for purchase as gift or personal use . I ordered the hair on sunday i recieved it the following Thursday (quick if you ask me). Opening and reviewing wig i was please , there was no smell.the hair was very soft ,full & bouncy . Natural black . The quality of the hair was amazing .
