This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is very pretty and soft. Minimal to no shedding even after washing and blow drying. I didnt have to pluck very much more hair, Shiping was fast as well I ordered Sunday night and the hair came Thursday. Hair was true to length,Will be ordering from them again

I absolutely love this wig. The hair is very soft and easy to take care of. There is a little shedding but not enough to annoy. There was a slight smell when I first got the wig, but it was gone once I washed it. Overall, this is a great wig and I will purchase another one soon.
