This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

My hair arrived within 3 days. I really love the hair texture , its very very soft, beautiful & very easy to maintain. The curls are bouncy and Closure is pretty nice. This hair is If youre thinking about ordering hair, ORDER it! The seller is very nice,the communication between store & client was amazing with every step in took till it arrived at my address. definitely will be buying again!!!!!

I expected the delivery to be a little faster but anyways I really love the feel of the hair straight out the box it is so soft ! The hair line is perfect everything about it I love. I’m going to wash the hair but so far I’m very satisfied.

I absolutely love this wig I installed it myself and I also bleached the knots and did a lil more plucking but I really didn’t have to it already came pre plucked‼️ Hair is amazing will be making another purchase tonight .... Also hair came in about 5 days this is my first wig and I love it

Brought the hair on Saturday, received it on Thursday. Took about five days to be delivered. For the intial review I thought hair seemed thin but when my stylist wash the hair the volume came in. The hair is so soft. It shed a little but I think because my hair stylist plugged it too much. Overall the hair is good and I’m very satisfied and would buy hair from y’all again.
