This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I am SO in love with this wig. Shipping was incredibly fast. It came like 2 days earlier than expected. The quality of this hair is just amazing. No bad smell, no shedding, the length is exactly what I wanted, I work outside and it's still popping. I wish I had ordered 2...one for work and one for play. I still might.
