Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

the quality of the hair is amazing: it's super soft, I washed it 1x so far and no shedding, still looks lustrous and has a natural healthy hair shine. I will ONLY buy from this seller from now on.. not only did they send the hair ridiculously quick (faster than any1 else I've ordered from) but they even sent me tips and followed up with every message I sent them... great deal.. definitely recommend.

the hair is very soft and silky. Doesn’t tangle. It does shed a bit. Came with a few short hairs on the closure but it goes away when u wet and straighten it. Mary is the best communicator ever. She is very nice and handled all my concerns fast. Shipping took 3 buisness days which is very fast!

Sheds little. I washed it with conditioner and it is still nice, the texture changed and the wig got a lot fuller. I straightened it and it became silky and full. Nice hair and the seller is very wonderful.
