This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I got the hair in a few days as expected. The hair is gorgeous. Very soft with cute wavy curls. I love it. The parting is nice and long and the knots have been bleached perfectly. I got a small cap so it fits right. The hairline is plucked right. I honestly can’t complain.

Minimal shedding, did a little plucking but didn’t bleach the knots because I don’t know how and didn’t want to mess it up. I used got2be glued and I take it on and off. Ordering another wig from this seller as we speak!
