Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

First review presentation. I ordered my 16 in on Tuesday Jan 28 , shipped on the 31 to the US and delivered February 5. It came in a nice red Wiggins bags. Hair is super soft. I am able to comb through with my fingers and no tangles. It didn’t come with any smell or odor. My pictures wouldn’t load but the hair is beautifully made and silky smooth soft. I will post another once on.

Here is the hair on me. I must say I'm very happy with the wig. I wore it only three days and got so many compliments on how beautiful it looks... they don't even know it's a wig! It's soft full smells awesome and no tangle, very very very minimal shedding. I can't wait to buy my next unit from them!

The length of the hair is amazing I loved how there was minimal shedding and I love the thickness of the hair.. It’s really soft and easy to maintain. I had it in about a week now and looks like how it was when I first put it in . I just use water and a little moose . Will be buying again.
