This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is actually bomb! My first time ordering from them, I was a bit skeptical but after receiving my hair, dying it jet black, bleaching my knots with great results AND the hair was still bomb! I’m actually impressed. The hair waves up with water & leave in conditioner for a wet and wavy look, holds a curl, and can get bone straight as well.
