This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I just received the hair. The shipping was fast,I think the hair took 4 days to arrive.The hair is REALLY soft and there is minimal shedding. The sender was nice enough to include gifts and. I did encounter a small problem as there was one small loose stitch. Overall I am happy with my experience and with the vendor as she communicates well and were able to resolve the small problem I had.

The quality is excellent! There's nothing to say about it. The hair is silky and smooth and really fluid. I ordered the wig Friday and I received it Tuesday. Really fast delivery! It may be a little short for 18 inches but since I will cut it right, it does not bother me.

This is a really nice wig. I DNT like straight hair but this gives me something different. I love Wiggins curly hair. But I decided to try something different. This wig is 180% density n 20 inches. it's long on me. I'm 5'3 n petite. This hair goes pass my middle back. I'm happy with it. it's not to thin to me. Shipping is fast n I love when I get my hair I have to sign for it so nobody can get my package lol. Thanks Wiggins hair. But I'm buying another curly wig definitely!!!

First review presentation. I ordered my 16 in on Tuesday Jan 28 , shipped on the 31 to the US and delivered February 5. It came in a nice red Wiggins bags. Hair is super soft. I am able to comb through with my fingers and no tangles. It didn’t come with any smell or odor. My pictures wouldn’t load but the hair is beautifully made and silky smooth soft. I will post another once on.
