This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

very nice wig, seller was absolutely amazing, kept me updated at all times and was very honest about delivery time. ended up getting the hair way sooner than expected as I communicated that would be going on holiday and needed the hair for that. hair quality is also very nice and hair holds a curl well and density is nice, i did not have to do much to the hair.

Great wig. Lace is amazing !! The curl pattern is nice , I wear it in a wet look from time to time. Do not remember how quickly I got it, but it was not as quickly as everyone else...more than 3-4 days. I have had this wig since February this is an honest HONEST review. It is now June 2019. The hair napes in the back when it is dirty and needs a wash. It sheds a lot. It is not unmanageable but when styling and combing expect shedding. I have flat ironed, curled , and crimped the hair. I have also blow dried it and it is still lively. I would recommend this wig. 4/5
