Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is very full and the hairline is very natural looking. I did have to pluck a little to my liking; but you could easily get away with not plucking at all. You will need to bleach the knots however.

The hair is so silky! So sweet! If smooth, they take the heat, not hair that falls, it shows that it is real hair! Frankly, until now I do not regret! The lzce is almost invisible! I love love love this hair, it’s so soft silky and smooth. I ordered my wig on a Saturday and received it on a Tuesday, shipping was super fast. So far I haven’t experienced any shedding nor have I experienced any tangles. The only thing that is a very minor issue to me is the lace being brown but that can always be fixed, and the packaging was kind of basic, but other than that everything else is great.

Great wig. Lace is amazing !! The curl pattern is nice , I wear it in a wet look from time to time. Do not remember how quickly I got it, but it was not as quickly as everyone else...more than 3-4 days. I have had this wig since February this is an honest HONEST review. It is now June 2019. The hair napes in the back when it is dirty and needs a wash. It sheds a lot. It is not unmanageable but when styling and combing expect shedding. I have flat ironed, curled , and crimped the hair. I have also blow dried it and it is still lively. I would recommend this wig. 4/5
