This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is amazing!!! If you are indecisive or trying to determine what hair to purchase..THIS IS THE HAIR! I literately ordered on Thursday and got it Tuesday. SOPHIE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME! And after coloring the hair its still as soft as it was when I first opened the bundles. I ended up making this a wig so the picture you see are me wearing the wig! BTW the hair doesnt have any smell also no tangle!

This hair is great. It’s only been a week but so far it’s great. So pretty in the natural state.I curled it for my baby shower and curls lasted all day ! (12-till that night) . I washed it to her the product out and the natural curls bounced right back and the hair is still soft. I received the order a day earlier than expected which still only took about 3 days. Will buy this again

Mary always kept me updated with my hair, letting me know exactly when it was going to be delivered & it came on that same exact date ! .. the hair did have a little smell to it, but once I wash the hair I’m pretty sure that would be gone .. over all, I only have great things to say about the hair ...
