Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I love it... the texture is amazing!! It also came with baby hair but I thought the hairline would be plucked completely cuz I don’t know how to but other than that it’s perfect!
The hair is soft as a silk, full as the description, recommend to anyone who want have hair.

When i ordered the hair the supplier stayed in touch with me until i got My order. It took 3 days to come which is pretty normal for most suppliers on this website. The hair is gorgeous and soft. I cowashed it and did some plucking to get it to my liking and i must say that I love this hair.

my first wig is from them and am definitely going to order more ...even introduced the hair company to my friends some certainly going to order..... I did a little bit of plucking but it's really nice and the communication is 100% good..... it came in a nice package and very fast got it within 3 days

I’m super happy with this company I ordered the wig Monday morning and received it Wednesday morning. The wig is very Nice, I ran my hands through it and did not get any shedding. I did spray the inside with knot sealer after I ran my hands through hair so I do not get any shedding. I also like the packaging of wig. I will post more photos after I install. This company gets a 10 stars from me.

I received both wigs pretty fast about 3days the quality of the hair is nice...haven't did anything with it yet but it's true to its length and pretty soft I love it. Thank you will be ordering again! Oh btw and it was very nice of you to converse with me until my hair actually arrived :) thanx again
