This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I Loveeee the hair So Far. It Only Took 4 Days and it said it was supposed to come tomorrow so it came earlier than expected. I haven’t installed it yet but I’ve washed it and it’s drying now. I didn’t really see any shedding when I washed it and it doesn’t tangle at all. I can’t wait to installl ittt

I am very very satisfied with this wig. The hair is super soft to the touch and the curls are just perfect. I highly recommend this product, you will not be disappointed. I'm all excited about wearing it. Ps: they had given me a deadline of 7 days for the reception of the hair, but I received them after 3 days. And for communication, they are really nice.

Lovely wig came exactly as described and very quick delivery to the UK!. Colour and length are both perfect as expected, I had to bleach the knots myself - but the hair reacted great to it.
