This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair is as described and very soft. The seller provided great communication and kept me updated on my order. ot high maintenance at all. The shedding is very minimum. As long as you wet it before detangling the shedding will not be bad. I would definitely buy again

I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but i got the hair about a 4 days after buying it. Bleached and colored it. Took bleach very well. The hair has shedding but what hair doesn’t . Definitely will be ordering from them again.
