This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I was abit reluctant on buying the ready made wig but The hair is sooooo soft, it’s literally runs through my hands so easily. I believe the wig will fit me too , it looks very spacious. I can’t wait to install the wig. They sent these lashes too , so beautiful. I like in the uk and it send to me in 5 days including weekend.

This is by far the BEST hair I've ever owned. I change up my wigs almost daily but this one.....she's a keeper. The lace is just a tad too dark for my skin color but nothing too noticable unless you really lurkin. If they ever make this with a transparent lace, SOLD! Silky smooth, holds a curl (if you curl it while its wavy), not too thick, and the hairline is beautiful. Will be buying from this vendor again!

Okay so I bought it at 12 inches which for me is a shoulder sized bob and it doesn’t look bad on me. It has no smell and is really really soft . The shipping was very quick also, it came in about 4 days, and was sent out fast. I would recommend buying from this shop, and will be buying from this shop again.
