This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

3 weeks later and the hair is STILL amazing. All i add to it is a little water to detangle and some mouse to hold the curls throughout the day. Love love loveeee this hair.
