Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered it in July 1& literally took it out today. Everything about the hair was great even without me washing it & when i worked out. There was barely any shedding , no tangling & I will keep ordering! :) I really got my money’s worth! BUY IT! You’ll love it.

Okay so at first I was skeptical about getting the hair because it was very cheap, but it turned out to be amazing. From the time I ordered until the time I received my hair the communication was excellent. The hair has a lot of body and holds curls. I would most definitely recommend this hair to anybody who wants to buy this.

This hair....amazing! The lace blends flawlessly with my skin, the hairline is preplucked and ready to wear. It's the best wig I've ordered yet not to mention the curl pattern is beautiful. Customer service was so great, I was very well informed with every step that was being taken. I ordered the wig on Thursday and received it on Monday! Just 4 days, I'm very impressed. This is a genuine review and i wiill definitely order more wigs in the future. Can't wait to do an update!

Shipping and communication were awesome I wasn't her ass to leave my review they gave me plenty of time to do so on my own went on vacation swam through underground caves and pure sea salt ocean water only needed to add conditioner to bring it back to life after doing so I would definitely order again
