What do you need to prepare?

Your wig, elastic band, cutting shears, needle and threads. 

Detailed Tutorial: Step by Step

1. Measure your head from ear to ear. Take one end of the elastic band and put it behind your ear, pull the elastic as tight as you can, and place the other end right behind the other ear. That is the length you will need, so cut that part from your elastic band. 

2. Sew the edge of the band to each side of your lace front. (Note: when you sew the elastic band, make sure you knot the end of your thread so that the thread will stay).

3. Try on the wig, and adjust the wig to match the elastic band, so that it lays flat on your nape. 

Conclusion

This elastic band method allows you to wear your lace front wig or full lace wig without using any glue. This method is very simple to achieve, you just need elastic band, cutting shears, needle, threads and that’s all. If you have a pre plucked lace front wigs, the only work you left to do is cutting the lace to match your hairline. Then you are good to go. What do you need to prepare?

Ten tea bags, a pot of hot water, hair band, and your lace wig obviously.

Note: When you choose your tea, make sure it's 100% black tea with no blended ingredients. 

The step by step procedure

1. Prepare the wig, turn inside out and tie hair using hair band.

2. Once the water in the pot is boiled, add your ten tea bags. (note: holding on to the ends of the bags so you don't burn your fingers.)

3. While the water is boiling, use a wooden spoon or any utensils you have, to gently press the tea bag to get all the tea out.  (note: be careful not press too hard because your tea bag will bust).

4. Keep dipping the tea bags in the boiling water for about 5 minutes. After this time, remove the tea bags from the pot, and allow the tea to cook for another 3 minutes.

5.Turn off the heat and let the tea sit for 2 minutes to get the right temperature for your Lace Wig.

6. Dip the lace of your wig into the tea, holding the ends of the hair. Use your spoon or utensils to push the lace down. (note: do not put the whole wig into the tea)

7. Set a timer. The longer your wig sits in the tea, the darker your lace becomes. Because everyone's complexion is different. Check the lace against your skin to get the right color. (note: you can check the lace color once a minute). 

8.Wash your Lace Wig with shampoo and conditioner.

With your hands, gently scoop the dye over the Brazilian body wave and spread it through the layers of the Brazilian body wave. Be gentle. Try not to roughly rub the dye into the Brazilian body wave.

3. Set the Brazilian body wave onto a Brazilian body wave stand. A Brazilian body wave stand will keep your Brazilian body wave's shape and style intact after you dye it. Place the Brazilian body wave on the stand as you would put it on your own head. Secure the Brazilian body wave to the stand using T-pins.

If you can’t find this information, check the Brazilian body wave every ten minutes. When it has reached the right color, you can wash it.

6. Washing the Hair
Shampoo the Brazilian body wave. Use a color-safe shampoo or a special Brazilian body wave shampoo. Place the Brazilian body wave under a tap with warm water to get rid of any excess dye before lathering the Brazilian body wave with shampoo. Rinse out the shampoo when you are done.

Let the Brazilian body wave dry. You can let it air dry or you can use a hair dryer on a low setting. If you are air drying the Brazilian body wave, leave it on the stand until it is completely dry. If you are blow drying it, run the hair dryer up and down through your hair. Make sure that the Brazilian body wave does not overheat.

How To Keep Your Body Wave Wavy Pattern?
How I set my Body Wave Hair at night and to have the body wave curl nice and pretty in the morning.

1. Take care of edges. I have my hair around the edges, so I like to put hair oil on my edges and just to keep it nice and flexibly. It also keeps it nice and flat when we wrap it up with our scarf.

2. Pour oil in the palm of my hand, and just go through my Brazilian Hair Weave, and make sure I get to put some of oil in my hair and I only do that like once a week because it will lasts and I don't really like it on dandruff.I squeeze it out of the bottle onto my scalp.

3. I just use my comb to comb through the hair, prevent it from tangling.

4. Spray the hair with my water bottle, you don't have to get it like super wet, just give it a little bit of definition before braiding it.

5. Just braid your hair, you don't have to braid it all the way down, just braid it enough. Braid one side of the hair, and do the same thing to the other side.

6. You can wash your hair once a week or once two week, just make sure you dry your hair all the way if you decide to wash.

7. Use my scarf and tie it around my edges so that they can lay down, for your edges have been put hair oil and they will be very nice and layered. Besides, use a scarf to wrap up your hair, so it would be loose, I don't like my hair be loose.

8. In the morning, just untie your scarf and open your braids, you will be okay, the hair will be stay its wavy hair pattern and you are ready to go.

Allow the weave to set for at least two weeks after it is installed, which can let it fall into the pattern. During this time, prevent the Brazilian Hair Weave from water and don’t apply any styling products to it.

Brush the weave clean out any accumulated oil or residue. Hold your weave and brush from the ends to the base using a smooth, controlled motion. Continue until you have brushed the entire weave.

Clean the weave at least once a week with mild water and a nourishing shampoo for your Brazilian hair. Allow the hair clean product through the base of the weave to ensure that your scalp is cleaned. Rinse out the shampoo completely and follow with a cream conditioner, also listed for use with curly hair.

Dry the hair using a blow dryer on a low heat setting. If you want to add additional styling products, ensure that they don’t contain alcohol and other harmful components to your hair.
